Ben Sunderland is a strategic consultant and creative director based in the Western Highlands of Scotland. He led and delivered Glenmorven's public sector work for The Highland Council - The Storr Future Development study and the subsequent Highland Visitor Experiences commission, now described as a national reference point for sustainable visitor experience planning - representing one of the most comprehensive visitor experience programmes undertaken by a Scottish local authority. His work spans strategic development, stakeholder consultation, community engagement, and the design and delivery of phased frameworks for the management and commercialisation of significant natural and heritage sites.
With a track record of securing and delivering directly commissioned public sector contracts, Ben brings both the strategic depth and the project leadership required to take complex, multi-stakeholder programmes from inception to completion. He has worked at senior level across local authority, elected members, community bodies, and national agencies - delivering outcomes that have shaped policy and investment decisions.
