  • Following our successful engagement at The Storr, Glenmorven Associates Ltd were again approached byThe Highland Council in early 2025 to deliver the Highland Visitor Experiences project - a multi-phase initiative designed to enhance key visitor sites across the region. Through detailed site analysis, stakeholder consultation, and strategic development planning, the project identified and advanced sustainable visitor improvements across a network of priority sites in the Highlands. Glenmorven’s role encompassed leading research and engagement activity, shaping development frameworks, and providing strategic guidance to inform future investment in the region’s visitor infrastructure.

  • Founders of Glenmorven, Roger Niemeyer and Dr Judy Pate, led the transformation of the empty and derelict Glencoe hospital building into a five-star, 14-suite hotel. Glencoe House established a new benchmark in the luxury Scottish hotel market by creating innovative guest experiences with suites of unprecedented size and quality, each offering a unique private dining experience. Glencoe House was soon invited to join both the exclusive Luxury Scotland marketing group and the Romantik Hotels & Restaurants International group.

  • Fearann Eilean Iarmain (FEI) is an estate on the Isle of Skye with an extensive portfolio that includes 23,000 acres of land, two hotels, a distillery, and retail units run by the proprietor, Lady Noble.
    The estate extends through Sleat and Strath, a particularly striking region in the south of the Isle of Skye. Historically forming part of the fiefdom of the Lords of the Isles, Fearann Eilean Iarmain — meaning “the lands of Diarmaid’s Isle” — was acquired by Sir Iain Noble more than 45 years ago.

  • Following a formal procurement procedure by The Highland Council, Glenmorven Associates Ltd. was commissioned in the summer of 2021 to produce a detailed business case on the viability of establishing a retail outlet at the Old Man of Storr site on the Isle of Skye, Scotland.
    Glenmorven were asked to draft a business case that considered future development at The Storr, located on the Trotternish Peninsula in the north of the island. The Storr is home to the iconic Old Man of Storr rock formation, which attracts many thousands of visitors to the area each year.
